Pair of Danish mid-century brass candlesticks designed by Jens Harald Quistgaard (Danish, 1919-2008) for American company Dansk Designs and dating from the 1950’s.
Jens was a Danish sculptor and designer who became chief designer at Dansk Designs in 1954. He worked for Dansk for more than three decades and his designs are respected worldwide and some are still being produced today.
